Production

In the quarry the production process begins, here the optimal marble is selected that is prepared to suitable size for crushing. Then the stone is split into a suitable size for handling.

Once examined the product is transferred by trucks to our facilities where the process of crushing, sorting and washing begins.

This process begins once the transported material is tilted into an initial hopper. Before passing the material to the crushing phase, a selection is produced where the one that is not optimal is discarded. From there begins a chain process that ends with the obtaining of the final product.

After the crushing of the product this passes to the last phase of the process in which the vibros classify and wash the crushed, passing this by channeling to their corresponding hoppers.

Finally the material is removed from the hoppers for storage.
